My Mondo Trading: Shipping, Tariffs, Duties and Taxes, Payments, Returns, Refunds

My Mondo Trading offers FREE shipping within CANADA 

We also offer FREE shipping to the US - (not including any tariff, import fees and other fees charged and collected by US customs or courier on arrival. Those are the responsibility of the buyer/importer)

Shipping

  • Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received
  • No charges for packing and handling. 
  • Insurance for loss or damages occured during shipping is included, please contact us immediately. Damaged items need to be returned unless MyMondo agrees otherwise.
  • Express Shipping service available upon request and with additional costs (please contact us for details) 

Duties and Taxes

  • Import duties, tariffs and taxes which might be charged upon reaching the destination is the buyers responsibility (please contact your customs office for more information)
  • Canadian customers will be charged applicable taxes

US Tariff – please contact us for current updates on artworks and jewelry delivered to the US.

When shipped to the United States, a tariff will be charged and collected by US customs on arrival, depending upon the latest US Executive Orders and/or trade negotiations. In addition, US Customs may apply Import fees and a MPF (merchandise processing fee) to your shipment, which will vary by the value of the merchandise to be paid by the receiver of the package. For International destinations outside of North America, there may be taxes or duties, which are paid by the person importing the artwork.  Each country varies so please contact your local Customs authorities for more details.

Typically, your package will be shipped via DHL, FedEx or Purolator (USA & International); or Canada Post (Canada) If you wish to make other arrangements on shipping, please contact us directly to discuss further.

Returns

  • Returns within Canada are accepted within 7 days after item has been delivered to the buyer.
  • Return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer.
  • Exchanges might be offered on request, please contact us for details
  • If item is returned in original condition, refund will be send within 3 days 
  • Discounted items are "final sales", non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, no return/no refund
  • No US returns accepted at this time

Protection against scam returner/e-commerce return fraud: We reserve the right to refuse service to customers we classify as "serial returner". These customer can be blacklisted and will be excluded from refund offers and further purchases. 

ADDITIONAL NOTES: All items on this site are provided on an "as is" basis and are hand crafted, hand painted, hand stained, hand carved with sometimes minor imperfections since they are not machine made. We do show multiple images of each piece. In case images are not satisfactory, or if you would like to see another angle/lighting/close-up - additional images will be provided on request.
